Fry Foods is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Ontario, OR
Fry Foods Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at our factory in Ontario Oregon. Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated- fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Capability to lead a team and deliver the targets required. Basic skills on situational leadership- conflict management- effective coaching- communication/escalation and personal development.
- Ability to execute maintenance procedures without help.
- Basic operation- adjustment and repair of the line assigned.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on highly mechanical lines (timing- alignment- etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
